A close tie to better mental health is overcoming mental barriers. An example of small steps towards this is our weekly Barefoot Raw Stretch and Swim ‘community dip’ in which we get up early and watch the sunrise from behind the clouds whilst being guided through breath work and yoga. Finishing it off with some cold water exposure and rewarding ourselves with a warm drink from the coffee van afterwards. These catch ups are the best start to our week having accomplished so much in the day, so early on. Refresh, recharge and revitalise.
